Linkcon Technology Co., Ltd.'s non-metallic sludge collector is a core water treatment facility that applies super engineering plastic (PPA) and the world's first SRP (Steel Reinforce Plastic) method to overcome adverse environmental conditions such as 24-hour continuous operation underwater and hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) gas. It fundamentally solves the problems of weight, wear, and frequent corrosion of existing metal chains, ensuring a long lifespan of more than 15 to 20 years, reducing power consumption by 1/3 and saving annual maintenance costs by 50 to 60%. The underwater dynamic parts (71.6%) are designed with an adapter-type structure that allows partial replacement, allowing only worn parts to be repaired quickly and at low cost without full replacement.

Pintle Chain & SRP Chain

It is a non-metallic chain that complies with ASME standards and has a simple structure that can be disassembled and assembled with a single screwdriver. When applying the SRP method, a breaking strength of 5,000 kgf (5,337 kgf/3 links verified) is achieved, the number of parts is reduced by half (100 EA/1 SET) to maximize assembly, and the T-head fixing pin and inflatable anti-separation structure perfectly prevents the chain from coming off.

Double Life Sprocket (DL Sprocket with SAVE RIM)

Double Life (DL) sprocket technology doubles the contact area, increasing the wear resistance lifespan by 200%. The SAVE RIM integrated structure prevents abnormal tooth wear when sand enters, and the adapter replaceable hub structure allows for quick repairs at a low cost of 1/10th of the wear.

FRP E-type flight (E-Flight & FT190S hollow type)

FRP pultrusion type E-type and E-FT150, FT190, FT190S hollow structure flexibly covers up to large sedimentation tanks over 8m in width. The ultra-light and high-strength structural design collects and discharges underwater sludge smoothly and precisely without bending or deformation.
