Result of selection for the Seoul Water Recycling Facilities Corporation “Seonam Center Treatment Plant 1 Series 3 Initial Settlement Sludge Collector Improvement” project

Last year 2024 "Through “Seoul Water Recycling Facilities Corporation Announcement No. 2024-02-070-01” and “Seoul Water Recycling Facilities Corporation Announcement No. 2025-01-055” in 2025 Seonam Center Treatment Plant 1 Series 3 First Settlement Sludge Collector Improvement In this selection project, a total of 5 non-metallic sludge collector companies registered their proposals and were selected from the existing LOOP CHAIN format to the PINTLE CHAIN format.

I think it would be very difficult for PINTLE CHAIN to be selected in a place where only LOOP has been used continuously since 1990.

Rincon Technology's non-metallic sludge collector (Non-Metallic Chain Flight) is a product exported to 20 countries across the industry and has high durability and high chemical resistance by applying High-Performance Engineering Plastic.

All products were developed through CAE and structural analysis, and durability and abrasion resistance tests through a 100,000 cycle test were completed, ensuring all the stability, durability, and abrasion resistance required for a sludge collector.

This will be an opportunity to receive accurate and stable products through a fully automated process and quality control at the PPM (1/100,000) level in the LOOP CHAIN, which has been made manually until now.

Since 2013, it has entered the overseas market in earnest and is selling to 20 countries, including VEOILA and SIEMENS, and Hong Kong's DSD. The technology and product reliability of Hong Kong's DSD is so high that it was selected as a single bidding specification.
